Late
Arrivals
We
regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of
scheduled service time and will be responsible for the full
service fee.
Reservations
Spa
services are usually available on a daily basis. However, we
recommend calling for an appointment to ensure that time is
available. A credit card or gift certificate guarantee is required
for reservation of all spa services.
Guest
Cancellations
Cancellations
less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service
fee. Gift certificates will be reduced to half their original
value. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Children
Please
arrange for child care prior to your visit unless they are
receiving services.
